





Sitting at the site of the old Depot along the former SLFS right-of-way is this former Frisco caboose. SLSF 1248/BN 11576, blt 7/57
If you go by Birch Tree my uncle Bill Reed will cut your hair in his barbershop just across the street from here.




Resting near each other but under entirely different conditions are these two cabooses.
While the number has not been determined, the bay window caboose is a former Southern, now a guest cabin for tourists.
Update 8-2002. Larry Platt pointed out that this caboose looks more like a Southern than SP and Roger Kirkpatrick concurs. Compare to the cabooses in Holly Springs, MS.
UP 25244 is sitting near by but is being vandalized and in need of some help in this shot.
